Restructurements Michael Lielacher (“I,” “me,” “my,” or “the Company”), a Monaco-based business operated by Michael Lielacher, is committed to respecting the privacy of everyone who visits or uses michaellielacher.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this Site — not to any third-party website you might reach through a link on this Site, each of which has its own privacy practices.

Information I Collect
Information you provide directly. If you contact me by email, or sign up for my newsletter once it launches, I collect what you provide — typically your name and email address, and anything you write in the message itself.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this Site’s hosting and security systems automatically log standard technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view. This is standard server-log data used to keep the Site running securely; it is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies. This Site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. Some strictly necessary cookies may be set by WordPress itself (for example, to remember a cookie-notice dismissal) and by embedded services such as Google Fonts, which loads typefaces from Google’s servers and, in doing so, receives your IP address the way any request to a website does. If that changes — for example, if I add analytics or advertising in the future — I will update this Policy to reflect it.
How I Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
- To send you the newsletter, but only if you’ve actively opted in — and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To keep the Site secure, diagnose technical problems, and understand in aggregate, anonymous terms how the Site is used (for example, which pages are visited most).
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Legal Basis for Processing
I’m based in Monaco, where data protection is overseen by the Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles (APDP) under Monegasque law (Law n°1.565). Because this Site is also used by, and offers services to, people in the EU/EEA/UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR apply as well. Where they do, I process your personal information on one of these legal bases: your consent (for example, subscribing to the newsletter), my legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and keeping the Site secure, or as necessary to take steps you request before entering into an arrangement (for example, replying to a business inquiry).
Who I Share Information With
I use a small number of service providers to run this Site and my newsletter — for example, my web host and, once it’s live, Beehiiv for newsletter delivery. These providers only process your information on my behalf, to provide their service, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Some of these providers may be based outside the EU/EEA (for example, in the United States); where that’s the case, they provide appropriate safeguards for international data transfers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
I may also disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or where I believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal process, protect my rights or property, or protect the safety of Site visitors or the public.
Data Retention
I keep personal information only for as long as it’s needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, newsletter contact details for as long as you remain subscribed, or inquiry emails for a reasonable period to allow for follow-up. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
Security
I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information you share with me from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and I can’t guarantee absolute security.

- Restrict or object to certain processing.
